Black and White Motion
Painting with Light
The picture I chose was the love silhouette. I stood up facing the camera for this picture, writing love in the air with a light and Mrs. Troutman, not meaning to, shined a light from behind that was blue, creating the silhouette affect. This picture was taken with a 15 second shutter speed. I used a light fan that spun with all different colors and the blue light from behind. The light was from behind the camera at the last second and the "love" was just written in plain air. I feel the picture doesn't get boring, there's always something to look at. The photo goes from left to right very well, its just really interesting. The viewer would feel peace with the picture. Its a very reassuring picture, its happy and calm.
Color Motion
The photo I chose for a fast shutter speed was the picture of me flipping my hair in the air. I used a 1/125 of a second shutter speed. I froze my hair in the air as well as my arms. The distance from the camera was actually not too close but not to far and the point of view was looking directly at me. The colors of this photo are very strong and so are the texture of the rocks and my hair and my sweater.
The photo I used for a slow shutter speed was the picture of Adam jumping and his legs are blurred. I used 1/30 of a second shutter speed. I froze him jumping in the air. The distance from the camera was pretty far but still close enough where his body takes up the frame and the point of view was directly at him. The colors of this photo were also very strong and the focus of him is very powerful.

Aperture
For shallow depth of field I chose the picture that resembles bowling pin form but its jax and the front jack is in focus but the rest are blurred. I used F2 to take this picture. I used an ISO of 400 and a cloudy white balance. For the picture of the jax all in focus I used F16. I used an ISO of 400 and a cloudy white balance. Personally, I think the picture for shallow depth of field because its more interesting to look at. It helps explain the point of the picture better to use a shallow depth of field and when you use a large depth of field it helps you look at the big picture of anything.
Shadow and Reflection
The photo I chose was the the reflection of the doors in the mirror with the person walking in it. The time of day was during school and I used a mirror to reflect objects through it. The ISO was set to 400 and the white balance was set to cloudy because the hallways were kind of gloomy. All of photos I took were kind of similar, all in the same general area but although 3 of them are very similar, they're all at different angles making them unique. On the sides its kind of dark creating negative space. I incorporated a lot of shapes such as circles and squares and lines.
